Interim Report 2016 on Forest Policy 2020
Overview
NARP analysed the implementation of the first stage of the Forest Policy 2020 defined by the Federal Council from 2012 to 2015 by assessing the implementation of measures at the federal level (output), the implementation of measures by the central actors (impact) and the achievement of objectives (outcome). The results provided input for the second implementation stage from 2016 to 2019 and for the further development of the forest policy for the period after 2020. The project was carried out by NARP in cooperation with the HAFL University of Agricultural, Forest and Food Sciences and on behalf of the Forest Division of the Federal Office for the Environment FOEN.
